Ms. Shah joined Apollo in 2019 as Head of Infrastructure in India and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Powai office, including operational and strategic initiatives. Ms. Shah joined from Deutsche Bank India, where she worked for 9 years in variety of leadership roles in Finance, involving build-up of functions in Mumbai, the latest being Co-Head of Business Finance for Corporate and Investment Banking in their India centre. Prior to that, Ms. Shah was with JP Morgan for seven years in Mumbai and London in several Finance roles, the latest one being Global Head of FP&A for Fixed Income Exotics and Hybrids based in London. Ms. Shah has extensive experience in location strategy and setting up offshore functions, driving change and continuous improvement, control enhancement and people development and retention initiatives. Ms. Shah started her career with Arthur Andersen in the Assurance and Business advisory division. She is a Chartered Accountant and has cleared Chartered Financial Analyst examinations.
